i'm new here, i just heard about moldavite a couple of weeks ago, and since then bought 2 pieces one round my neck, and the other near my bed side, at the moment nothing really has happened, and don't really know what to expect either, although the info on all the web sites that i have visited so far seems very interesting, if any one else has some info aprt from the previous posts i have read on the subject i would be interested,i have also ordered the book on moldavite starborn of transformation which hopefully should be interesting!

My wife just found the peice of jewelry I missplaced years ago! I will put a photo in the album :-) It was hand made by a jeweler friend in My Shasta City. It may not be perfect but it is beautiful!

I just picked up a small piece of moldavite a few months ago and WOW is this thing potent! I've worked with a huge collection of crystals over the past 10 years including other tektites but they don't compare to moldavite. The first few weeks of use were both interesting and disturbing. If I wore it to sleep I'd stay awake in the dream state and feel like I was caught in 2 worlds of the waking and sleeping mind at once... Surprisingly I had a great degree of mental control and can see how people would like this for astral travel. My dreams took on a vivid quality that I experienced before only haphazardly. The ability to program my dreaming and keep some level of conscious control has been most interesting and fun.

I've seen huge transformations in myself since using this stone. I noticed energetic cords to my past and old mindsets just falling to the sides effortlessly along with a certain clarity of mind when working with higher frequency's of the mind. It's almost as if it clears out the whole bodys energy field and connects your most base earthly energy centers with the higher centers to create a unified alignment IMO.

I also noticed it activated the third eye to the point where I had to take the damn thing off from the intense pulsations. Personally I can't stand activating that center and much prefer rising up and out to see things. With a little work and use of some sodalite (my favorite 'knowledge' stone) I could ground it and make the effect stop.

As for all this 'extraterrestrial' rocks folklore.....sure it came from space but so did everything in the universe. You can easily connect with other types of extraterrestrial energies without any special stone if you wish. Just make sure to ask for guidance from your own deeper wisdom or guides. That type of research IMO is best to leave alone unless you feel drawn to it in which case have your guides filter it for you... It's no different then traveling to a foreign country and walking around wide eyed expecting everyone to be friendly and have your best interest at heart...that's rarely the case so travel wisely.

I imagine the earth's bio energy radiates out from the core to amplify corresponding frequencies unique to each crystal/stone no different then a radio signal which then aligns us with those energies through entrainment. Moldavite on the other hand seems to work differently to me. Perhaps it picks up on some sort of universal signal thus granting it's folklore of connecting with extraterrestrial energies... or perhaps the signal is simply of a higher order and frequency to cause such a profound quickening effect on the human energy field.... Either way I simply love working with this space rock :)
