Moldavite vanishing act?

I was given a special chunk of Moldavite on my birthday (Jan. 21) but around March 6th, it vanished for about 2 weeks. Needless to say, I scoured every nook and cranny of our apartment searching for my stone to no avail. It was tough for me to accept because I clearly remember where I left it and I could even visualize what it looked like laying there.

Today I was talking to my boyfriend about how much I missed it and minutes later it reappeared in a somewhat prominent place that it DEFINITELY wasn't before! I'm so happy to have it back!

Does anyone else have stories of vanishing Moldavite? I've heard of it happening before but I was extremely skeptical until now.

When moldavite breaks

I usually sleep with a chunk of moldavite in my pillowcase, along with a small piece of quartz, rutilated quartz and rhodochrosite. Last night something must've happened where the other stones cracked my moldavite into 3 pieces. Now the larger piece has a pointy tip, almost as if it had been shaped to be used to direct the stone's energy.

Someone once told me that when moldavite breaks, it happens for a reason and that you should impart the other piece(s) to someone else who might benefit from its influence... Has anyone else heard this? What do you think?

moldavite amplifier

when i read the book it inspired me to make this device. it is a pure quartz boule as depicted. i imbedded a 5.85ct moldavite faceted like a quartz terminus. on the other end i imbedded a small faceted oval moldavite that was a natural fit in the existing dimple. i imbedded a tuning fork in the note of C in the middle of the boule. i finished by layering double layers of 24K gold leaf in the center portion where it is gripped.

Helow my name is Bruce, I never knew that there was a tribe dedicated to moldavite. Every since I was introduced to this fantastic stone my life has changed, is this common? dose any one else get hang over like symptoms when they go without it for a wile? any info on the atraction this stone has on some people? and why this stone also dose not agree with some people? any way thank you for taking the time to read this

Moldavite spaceships

What are these Moldavite space ship pendants that are popping up all over the place? Why suddenly have they been created? I will post the one I was recently made by a dear friend in Shasta CA (Ill down load a photo.)

ps for some reason I have a bag load of moldavite I’m travelling with (currently in Peru) to help fund my trip, it seems to be working, I feel it is the new green stone (as the sacred Mori stone)

The Moldavite Experience!

I have began my relationship with Moldavite about a decade ago . . . first read about it in a book called 'A Handbook for Light workers'. I knew it was important for me to find a piece (it was much harder to find 10 years ago). I eventually found a small piece, which was with me for years and eventually became part of a piece of jewellery that I had made and promptly permanently misplaced (I have not seen it for several years now). It had the most powerful influence on my life of all my pieces.

Moldavite is one of the most 'alive' stones I have come across! It wakes up when it is held - its energy field expands . . . I always feel a tingle when I hold a piece, and it is always pleasant. I have heard that some people cant hold it or go near it . . .

Over the years I have worn 4 other pieces . . . it is good to have it close and I miss it when it is not there. I would not say that I need it, more that it is like a good friend :-) for some time now I have slept with another piece under my pillow - my dreams are definitely enhanced in clarity, far more lucid as a result.

I love this idea that it is related to the ‘Holy Grail‘ ~grin~ but I know that the human body is the truest Grail as the vessel of Spirit.

If also considered the Philosophers Stone it must also transmute Lead into Gold. (Alchemical Metaphor could imply that this means transforming the base human nature into the Gold of the Ascended Master).

Moldavite & Nicholas Reorich

Nicholas Roerich was a famous Russian explorer, artist and mystic, who traversed these mysterious regions during the 1920s and 30s in search of adventure and enlightenment. Roerich was particularly interested in the lost realm of Shambala, about which he later wrote a book, entitled simply enough “Shambhala”, published in 1930, along with “Himalayas: Abode of Light” and “Heart of Asia”, among others. At one time, Roerich had possession of a “magical stone from another world” which was known as the Chintamani Stone.

According to David Hatcher Childress, it was purported in ancient Asian chronicles to have come from the Sirius star system, and is said it been given to Tazlavoo, the one-time Emperor of Atlantis, by an angelic messenger from the skies. Legend has it that this same stone was sent to King Solomon in Israel, from Tibet via a Vimana airship (one of which he was also believed to have personally owned). The stone, which is said to have had magical properties, is believed to have been Moldavite, a magnetic meteoric stone which is sold in many crystal shops, and is thought to have fallen in a shower of meteors some 15 million years ago. The great sacred black stone inside the Kabah at Mecca, which all Muslims venerate, is also a large fragment of meteorite, and could well be of the same Moldavite stone.

Roerich wrote of Shambala in his book that: “Shambhala itself is the Holy Place, where the earthly world links with the higher states of consciousness... many speculations have been made about the location of the earthly Shambhala. Certain indications put this place in the extreme North, explaining that the rays of the Aurora Borealis are the rays of Shambhala… but this is incorrect. Shambhala is only north in relation to India, being perhaps on the Pamir, in Turkestan, or in the Central Gobi...” He associates it with the underground city of “Agharti” and with the “White Island”, and that its “Splendid Valley” is reached via subterranean tunnels and passages from the Himalayas. He further adds that “the underground caverns of Central Asia are inhabited to this day by the people called the Agharti, or Chud, and that when the time of purification comes, say the legends, they will emerge in their glory”.
